Jiangsu Suyun Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. undertakes the project to build a professional explosion-proof protection system for Jiangsu Kawaittes Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. Focusing on the safety needs of high-risk scenarios in semiconductor workshops, the project strictly complies with national standards such as FM1-44 and GB50779.

Adopting a steel structure composite explosion-proof wall solution, the project takes cold-formed steel keels as the core framework, combined with fiber cement composite steel plates and Grade-A fireproof rock wool filling. The explosion-resistant pressure reaches over 0.15MPa, and the fire resistance limit exceeds 4 hours. Modular assembly is implemented throughout the construction process, which greatly shortens the construction period while reducing the building load-bearing capacity.

The walls integrate multiple functions including shock wave resistance, fire and smoke insulation, and debris penetration prevention. They can effectively isolate explosion risks, protect the key equipment and personnel safety of the workshop, and build a solid intrinsic safety line for semiconductor production.
